If you are not completely satisfied with a product or the service that has been provided, we hope you contact us to solve the issue the best way possible. We are also part of the Webshop quality watch. If you feel we did not adequately deal with your complaint, you can always contact them. They will serve as a middle man for your complaint. If this also doesn’t give the desired result, then you can proceed to the dispute commission, which we will of course try to prevent!
