Shipping & Return

Delivery. We at Lockpickingcenter are transparent about it.

For the shipment of your products we use the best partners possible. We only use UPS or PostNL as these providers are rated best for delivery in several tests. This is exactly why we have chosen to work with them. UPS and PostNL guarantee us the next day delivery. However, they still manage to offer competitive rates. We only charge €4.95 for delivery costs in the UK. UPS visits your house a maximum of 3 times to deliver your package. PostNL does this twice. In case you and the delivery person have failed to meet, they will leave a note with a nearby address where you can pick up your order.

Delivery in Europe. We deliver all across Europe!

Lockpickingcenter offers delivery throughtout the whole of Europe. The only thing you will have to do is let us know where your package needs to go. Please note that the delivery times might be longer due to the distance. We can also deliver the package to a different address than your home, so if you would rather receive your package at work, we can do this for you.

Track and Trace. Follow your package.

As soon as you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail with a code. This code can can be used to track your order. There will also be an estimated time of arrival for the package, so you do not have to stay at home all day!

Return Policy. 14 days to reconsider your purchase.

Of course we offer you a 14 days return period for our products and orders. You can return the products within 14 days after purchase and without proving a reason for your return. We will refund your payment and shipment costs within 2 work days. Due to the specific nature of some of our products, there are some exceptions to our return policy. The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of consumables (e.g. mouth pieces for alcohol tests, batteries, nutritional supplements etc.)
  • Used vouchers and coupons
  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene safety (earphones, tooth brushes, epilators etc.)

Exchange products. We do not fuss about it!

Not happy with your product? You always have the option to exchange it. Please contact our customer service with an exchange request and Chris, Diana or Ginger will help you with the further steps.

As soon as we receive the product in the original packaging and without damage, we will send you a replacing product. Of course we will refund any price differences. Exceptions to our return policy can be found in our return policy statement.

Warranty. Because we care about what you care about!

We fully support our own products. This is why we offer a one year warranty on all of our products. If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, then we insist you contact us so we can help you! If any damage occures within your 1-year warranty without your interference, we will fix the problem for you free of charge!
