This is an excellent tension tool lock. Due to its flexibility, it exerts a very good pressure. 

The tension wrench, also known as the torsion wrench, is used to apply toque to the plug of a lock in order to hold any picked pins in place. Once all the pins are picked, you can use the tension tool to turn the plug and open the lock.
